Victim of a motorbike accident in August last year, the chief of the local police in Conthey had to have his left leg amputated.

The Nouvelliste met this police officer, passionate about triathlon during his rehabilitation at the Clinique romande de réadaptation (CRR). Courage, resilience and motivation characterise well the first few months of the course which will bring  Pascal Fumeaux back to an as active life as possible. His athlete's muscle matter and his experience in the field of sport definitely brought a huge contribution to his success.
