The carer is an essential link in the interdisciplinary team. They play a very important role in supporting the patient and their relatives. They help them to mobilise the resources necessary to achieve their objectives and accompany them back to their daily reality. They act at all times to promote the autonomy and dignity of the person.

Care and Community Health Assistants (ASSC)

Your missions

  • Provide basic and specific rehabilitation care to patients
  • Caring for the patient's immediate environment
  • Maintain service documents and the computerized patient record
  • Participate in the development of the therapeutic project

What we have to offer

With the support of an ASSC colleague, we offer an integration course which allows a multidisciplinary discovery of the different rehabilitation units of the CRR: traumatology, neurology, paraplegia and orthopaedics. 

Under the supervision of qualified nursing staff, you will work in a modern and dynamic environment, which will give you the opportunity to carry out numerous medical and technical procedures and to develop numerous rehabilitation skills.

The planning of working hours (carried out sufficiently in advance and in agreement with your manager), ensures a better work/life balance. The length of the working day is 8 hours 24 minutes (annualised management of hours), there are few split shifts and some nights/weekends are to be expected.

What we expect

  • CFC in care and community health required
  • Experience in a hospital environment desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in the French language, both written and spoken (level B2 minimum)
  • Basic computer skills (Windows)
