A distinction for a former patient of the CRR

Madame Isabelle Henchoz's life has been scarred by a number of difficult events. In 2007, she fell victime to several tumours which took away the use of her legs.

Despite everything this lady from the Canton of Vaud with her strong character continues to fight and commits her time to the association Capdenho, which strives to develop sporting and leisure activities for people with disabilities in the Pays-d’Enhaut.

Her commitment was awarded this year, with the Monte-Carlo Woman-of-the-year Prize. This prize honours women who have made something very special happen which has marked their life or those of other people .
