Wearing a bike helmet can decrease the amount of serious injuries and even save lives in case of accidents.
The TV programme A Bon Entendeur (ABE) broadcasted by the RTS looked at the topic of bike helmets. Cycling i has developped incredibly over the past years whether it be in town or in the mountains. Wearing a helmet is not obligatory here in Switzerland, but it can save lives.
