Kitchen assistant

Due to the forthcoming retirement of the present holder of this position, we are looking for :

A Kitchen Assistant - level of activity 90%

Your main duties

• Maintain and clean the kitchen and self-service areas in accordance with HACCP standards
• Carry out basic preparation of fruit, vegetables, salads and simple dishes
• Assist the chefs in their tasks
• Receptioning, storing and checking incoming merchandise.
• Distributing meals in the restaurant
• Actively participate in a positive and dynamic team spirit

What we expect

• Recognised training as a kitchen assistant or at least 3 years' experience in a similar position (ideally in a catering company)
• Ability to adapt and interest in working as a multi-skilled member of a large team
• Proficiency in the French language (oral and written - B2 level minimum)
• Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
