The Suva clinics comprise the Clinique romande de réadaptation in Sion and the Rehaklinik Bellikon in Bellikon. Both Suva clinics specialise in trauma rehabilitation, sports medicine, occupational reintegration and medical expertise. In Sion and Bellikon, the clinics are managed by a local management committee and a joint CEO. Staff departments such as Research, Corporate Development, Business Continuity Management and Marketing & Communication are shared by both clinics. The same applies to key support functions such as HR, Finance & Controlling and IT. The new organisation creates the conditions needed to bring the two clinics and their services closer together, while preserving the specific regional characteristics of the two sites.
