Patient safety: United towards safe medication

From the 12th to the 18th of September 2022, a week devoted to patient safety « United towards safe medication » is taking place.
This week aims at:
- encouraging patients to get actively involved in managing their medication
- promoting interaction between qualified medical staff, patients, and their families concerning medication
- promoting national and international networking of all those involved in the field of patient safety
- raising awareness of patient safety and medication safety in particular.
In this context, the Clinique romande de réadaptation has planned :
- distribution of a flyer « Your medication – staying safe » to all its patients
- a discussion concerning the flyer between each patient and the medical staff
- the wearing of stickers with the week's slogan
- the putting in place of a thematic display « 5 moments for safe medication» in front of the patients' restaurant
- the display of information posters in the lifts
