Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

This is the most important test for assessing the skills needed to return to work.

After completing a questionnaire and upon referral by one of the Clinic's doctors, the patient is cared for by a specially trained physiotherapist.

With a total of 29 different gestures measured with progressively increasing stress, the test allows a measurement of actual capacity under safe ergonomic conditions.

This capacity is then compared with the job description. It is also used to describe what a suitable workstation would look like for the patient.
