More and more amateur athletes seek advice from professional trainers to optimize their training sessions, and to improve their performance.
A film crew from the program Sport Dimanche broadcasted by the (RTS1) followed 2 amateur athletes to illustrate this new and fast developing trend. Part of this report was recorded at the Clinique romande de réadaptation (CRR). In fact, via its sports medicine department, the CRR proposes high quality services to anybody interested in a personalized and adapted training program in order to reach specific objectives.
