Accidents on the ski runs : ltheir numbers, their cost, their treatmentss and their prevention

Every year the number of accidents on the ski runs increases. In 2016 for example, 33'000 accidents were recorded (26'000 on skis and 7'000 on snowboards), for a total cost of 286 million Swiss francs. The programme Eco-Logique broadcasted by Canal 9 looked into this serious problem.

What can we do to avoid accidents as much as possible, what are the most frequent types of accident and what are their consequesnces ?
