Since 2014, the 'Institut suisse pour la formation médicale postgraduée et continue (ISFM)' has launched a pilot-project aimed at rewarding competent trainers who shine by their commitment in developing postgraduate training. This year, Dr François Luthi, head of the physical rehabitation department at the Clinique romande de réadaptation (CRR), is one of the 43 winners of the ISFM Award.
Nomination by former physician assistant(e)s
To be nominated for the ISFM Award, the doctors must be actively implicated in postgraduate training sessions. It mainly concerns executive-physicians personally committed in favour of training futur specialists, considered particularly competent and proving a certain amount of initiative in the manner of transmitting knowledge and skills. This nomination was made by postgraduate doctors in training or having obtained a specialist title at least a year before. Further info
In addition and to the personal nomination of Dr Luthi, this reward is recognition for the entire CRR, greatly engaged in postgraduate training of doctors.
