We are looking for a "CEO for the Suva Rehabilitation Clinic"

Suva is Switzerland's largest and leading accident insurance company. The two rehabilitation clinics in Bellikon and Sion, which employ around 1000 people, belong to the company. As part of the strategic development and implementation of a group-oriented perspective, we are inviting applications for the new position of :

CEO for the Suva Rehabilitation Clinic

Your mission

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the two operationally autonomous clinics. Together with the clinics' boards of directors, you will develop the clinics' services and positioning as well as implement the approved strategy. You will embody the face of Suva's rehabilitation clinics externally and actively build relationships with relevant trade partners. You will actively drive the digital transformation forward and exploit the synergy potential available.

Requested profile

You have a proven track record in a senior managerial position in the Swiss healthcare sector. You have a positive personality with excellent presentation skills and are able to lead group structures to success. With your open and transparent communicative approach, you are able to convince employees in the change process. You have a university degree, preferably in economics or medicine, with an excellent understanding of the other field. You are bilingual (German/French) and ideally have experience in both cultural regions.
