During this confinement period, it has never been so important to stay active !

The Clinique romande de réadaptation in collaboration with le Nouvelliste is here to help you.

The period which we are crossing must not be synonym with inactivity. Regular physical activity is a guarantee of both good physical as well as psychological health.
