  • develop one of several aspects of your physical condition  : strength, speed, endurance
  • be ready for the when the championships start up again
  • enhance the return to competition after injury
Method ?

  • We use an application especially designed for the creation of individualized training sessions.
  • You receive each week, via the application, a structured training plan in function with diverse parameters  (unlimited number of sessions).  
  • You are never alone! Regular contact  (telephone, messages, application) with a specialized coach allows for optimal follow up.
